To be entered in the giveaway, the participant must like and follow Near North Digital Solutions Facebook page, publicly share Near North Digital Solutions' Facebook announcement post about the giveaway and fill out the entry form above. Each of these must be completed by 12:00 AM on March 31, 2020.
Finalists will be selected based on their need, their story, and other factors determined by Near North Digital Solutions. Only one winner will be selected. One of the finalists will be randomly selected and announced as winner on Facebook and on Near North Digital Solutions' website on April 2, 2020 at 12:30PM CST. If Near North Digital Solutions cannot reach the winner within 72 hours, Near North Digital Solutions will contact runner-up participants until a winner of the giveaway has is established. If a winner cannot be established, the giveaway will end without a winner and a new giveaway will begin on May 1st.
By entering this giveaway, you agree to let Near North Digital Solutions share your story, its text, images, and/or videos or creative works on the Near North Digital Solutions social medial channels and website.
Businesses, groups, organizations, and other entities are allowed one entry, however, one additional entry may be earned by tagging someone they know on Near North Digital Solutions' Facebook announcement post about the giveaway. Competitors of Near North Digital Solutions, their affiliates, partners, family, or acquaintances are not eligible to enter or win.
Near North Digital Solutions will develop one website at no cost to the winning participant. This includes up to 15 pages, one year of hosting, one year of unlimited support and maintenance, a 2-year domain name, access to site statistics via Near North Digital Solutions' client portal, and setup of new social media accounts or revamp existing accounts.
The winner must be 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States of America.
If the winner has a current website/domain, they must have the authority to transfer ownership of their current domain to Near North Digital Solutions and shut down their current website.
The winner is responsible for any website text, images (unless stock images are preferred), video or other content desired on the website.
The winner will be required to sign our standard contract which outlines our website design process and timeline.
